Please DOUBLE check your shipping address before you submit payment. 

We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen, miss delivered packages or damaged goods caused my the USPS carrier.  If you live in an apartment or neighborhood where mail gets lost or does not fit in mailbox please add signature confirmation or insurance to your order to secure your mail ( priority mail option is also available and insures up to $99. We will not replace any lost/stolen product or damaged goods.  Orders are properly secured with bubble wrap and a bubble mailer/Box to avoid damages. 

Customer is responsible for tracking package via email at all times. Automatic emails are send once your label is created. If your package is returned from USPS to sender due to incorrect address(mailing info)or not claimed, customer is RESPONSIBLE for new shipping fees and package.  We are not responsible if your package is lost during transit if incorrect information was provided or returned by USPS. Also we are not responsible for any damaged  your package sustains due to  excessive handling and/or weather. No REFUNDS will be made to orders undelivered because of address mistakes and/or not claimed. Customer is responsible for new shipping fee.

ALL Nail sets are non-refundable to switch out size. All sales are final on sets. Every set is custom and hand painted. Please make sure your measurements are correct when purchasing to ensure a perfect fit. Tracking numbers are provided upon being shipped, We are not responsible for any misplaced packages by USPS. Any products opened or used will not be accepted to be returned or refunded.

Due to sanitary purposes, Press on Nails are non-refundable.

All sales of press on nails and sizing sample packs are final. No returns or refunds are offered. In a rare case of defects, please email [email protected] with your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this situation right.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE after your order was shipped. There is no exception to this policy.

All sets are preorder press-on nails, which can take 1-4 weeks to complete before being shipped (ex. if you ordered on the 1st of February, your order is scheduled to ship no later than the 1st of March.) Preorder nails are hand painted and do not exist until after the order is placed. Due to being custom fit and hand painted, we can only offer preorder. Thank you for being patient as we create our best quality work!

SOLID/CHROME/VELVET NAILS: 1-2 WEEK CREATION TIME

DESIGN NAILS: 1-4 WEEK CREATION TIME

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking to update once shipped. We ship through USPS with white box packaging and often it doesn’t update until it reaches the regional facility, even though it’s in transit.

Once an item has been shipped, Cosmic Pink Nails hands over all accountability for the package and USPS is further responsible for the shipment. We do not provide coverage for any lost or stolen packages as a result. If your package goes missing, please get in touch with USPS and provide them with your tracking number so they can help you further. 

Please refer to the 'How To Size' tab to place your first order to ensure you receive the correct sizes for your future orders. Please expect 1-4 weeks processing time for all orders place orders in advance.

There is NO Refunds/Returns/Exchanges once your order has been shipped. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Please make sure you are ordering the correct item/s to avoid shipping delays.
